By booking a photography session with [Your Business Name] or using my website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:


1. Booking & Payment

  • A signed contract and/or retainer fee are required to confirm all bookings.
  • Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferable at my discretion.
  • Final payment is due [X days] before or on the session date.


2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule sessions with at least [X days] notice.
  • Cancellations less than [X days] before the session may result in forfeiture of the retainer.
  • In the rare event I must cancel, clients may reschedule or receive a full refund.


3. Image Rights & Usage

  • Copyright: All images remain the intellectual property of [Your Business Name] unless otherwise agreed.
  • Client Use: Clients receive personal or commercial usage rights as outlined in the contract. Images may not be altered or resold without permission.
  • Photographer Use: With client consent, I may use selected images for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes.


4. Delivery of Images

  • Edited images will be delivered digitally within 2 weeks of the session.
  • RAW (unedited) files are not provided unless explicitly agreed upon.
  • I am not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond my control (e.g., technical failures, illness, natural disasters).


5. Liability

  • While every care is taken, I am not responsible for unforeseen circumstances, equipment failure, or loss beyond my control.
  • Clients are responsible for obtaining permissions for locations or third-party use (e.g., restaurants, commercial spaces).


6. Model Release

By booking a session, clients grant permission (unless otherwise stated in writing) for images to be used in my portfolio, website, and marketing materials. Opt-outs can be specified in the photography agreement.


7. Website Use

  • The content, images, and materials on this website are owned by [Your Business Name] and may not be copied, used, or distributed without permission.
  • Website users agree not to misuse, hack, or exploit the website in any way.
